ABOUT ME

Hi there, my name is Gabriel (you can call me Gabe). I am a Kinesiologist and a Physiotherapy Technologist (Phys. T). I have been working in fitness industry since 2015. I have worked with a wide range of clientele, both young and older, general population to athletes.

My focus is helping busy individuals with exercise. Life can feel hectic sometimes, leaving little to no time for fitness for certain people. I’m here to keep your health a priority, even with a busy schedule. In working with me, you will have something structured, realistic and flexible. Expect things to be simple, straightforward and effective.

In my spare time I like to lift weights, read, play music, spend time in nature and experiment different coffee brewing techniques. As a Montrealer, naturally, I am big fan of the Montreal Canadiens.
